Pre-Requisites Cyber Assessment 3Vs

Please find the below for the specific pre-requisites for each of the workshops for the EveryCloud 3V Cyber Assessment. 

Workshop 1: 

General Onboarding Prerequisites:

The user account performing the onboarding should have “native” Global Administrator access within the customer tenant (M365 and/or Azure) to be onboarded. There is a requirement to enable Cookies during onboarding.  It is advisable to onboard using a private or incognito window with Cookies enabled.

Requirements:

  • Use a browser with cookies and pop-ups enabled.

  • Sign in using a native Global Admin account.

  • No need to consent on behalf of your organisation—just click “Accept”.

  • The process takes just a few clicks and should be completed before our first session.

Workshop 2: 

Provide a current list of tools containing asset/device inventory for API access into the platform. 

Each of these onboarding options will be different per product but instructions are available during the onboarding process.

Workshop 3: 

Test Machine

  • Windows/Linux: Service-based, runs in background, supports multiple user profiles. Requires Interactive Logon for AD environments.
  • Mac: Process-based, needs active user login and full file permissions.

System Requirements

  • Minimum: 2 cores CPU, 8GB RAM, 30GB disk.
  • Recommended: 4 cores CPU, 16GB RAM, 60GB disk.

Network & Communication

  • Requires HTTPS (port 443) to connect to Cymulate cloud domains (e.g., *.app.cymulate.com, *.us-app.cymulate.com).
  • Ensure firewall/proxy allows this traffic.
